Historically, the jewellery industry has been notorious for long supply chains and massive markups. As an alternative to this, some brands have begun to offer cheaper alternatives online. Fashion and costume jewellery have become more popular, but for us, this didn't cut it. We didn't feel like skimping on quality to save on price — we wanted our cake, and we were going to eat it too. We've settled on a business model where we stock raw materials instead of finished pieces and assemble our pieces to order. This helps us cut down on costs, and pass the savings on to you. It also means each customer is getting a piece of jewellery that was handcrafted specially for them.
